I enjoy reading bios of people on the Internet as I find it interesting what they reveal. It also allows me to make up what I think they might be leaving out; so I will be sure to leave a great deal out! While there are many facets to the complex I call me I will focus solely on my Pagan, Western Esoteric, and Left Hand Path interests.
My early academic interests were in Thelema and the Western Esoteric Tradition's use of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. My interests now lay more in modern and ancient witchcraft and paganism (specifically Asatru). My take on Thelema is interpreted through the lens of Jung’s understanding of the psyche and the power of symbol. I feel that Crowley's experiences and writings are valuable to understanding the Western Esoteric Tradition from an analytical psychological perspective . I am also interested in the spiritual connection between humans as individuals and our connection with the natural world. However, I have no desire to whitewash anything and I am skeptical about traditions that teach that the natural world is wholly beneficent.
Over the past few years I have been researching various avenues of what is commonly (though not consistently) defined as Left Hand Path (LHP) spiritual paths. Specifically, I have been researching the writings and teachings of the Temple of Set. To me the importance of the LHP is reflected in the fact that it offers alternative perspectives to commonly held "truths" found within more mainstream religions and philosophical views of the "Right Hand Path".

Contrary to what is revealed above, my life does not occur solely in my head. I also have an interest (dare a I say love?!) for the Yang Cheng-fu form of Taiji which I have been practicing on and off again (sadly for a time it was more off than on) since the early 1990's . Currently I am training with Michael Babin whose combination of wit and skill makes learning from him a pleasure, despite the occasional horrendously painful joke (o.k. they are not really horrendous). Michael's web site can be found here.
I know, not much to go on but feel free to email me at anytime.
